Exodus 24: The Blood of the Covenant
God makes a covenant with Moses and with the people. This is not the first covenant made between God and His people, nor will it be the last. We see them throughout the journey of scripture, with this one we see God give and confirm the law. If they can follow His commands, He will be their God and be with them.

Exodus documents the first corporate (gathered) encounters with God, as the people of Israel are called out of Egypt, God sets them apart, to be a distinct people. They are the only people out of all the nations of Earth, that God has chosen to reveal Himself to and presence Himself with. As we gather this term and explore the book of Exodus, we are to behold God and experience something of His glory, our gatherings are to reflect a distinctiveness ofGod's presence so that lives are transformed by encounter.
