Did you know Jesus often spoke about money? Why?! It seems a strange thing to focus on when he came to proclaim the Kingdom of God and provide a way to salvation. Except, Jesus knew, and you may have already found out, that money can have quite a hold on our hearts, and the love of money can prevent us from enjoying the freedom found in contentment and gratitude for what we have.
As a church, we preach the whole of Scripture and don’t shy away from tough topics, such as how to steward our God-given time, talents and treasure. Philippians 4:10-23
God wonderfully provides for us. He himself is our great reward, the thing that we look to and the inheritance that we have waiting for us. He can do all things through Christ who strengthens him; and so can we. Christ is in us, he empowers us and rewards faithfulness in his people.
